Do you offer custom woodworking projects?

A: Yes! Send us a message or come on in and we can help you bring your idea to life!

What types of wood do you work with most often?

A: Maple, Walnut, Oak, Poplar, etc! In store we offer over a 100 different species of wood, including numerous exotics.

Can I bring my own wood for a project?

A: Absolutely!

How do you ensure the quality of your finished products?

A: With a combined experience of over 50+ years, we have faced many of the possible problems, many times. We rely heavily on our fellow team members to tackle problems and provide the highest quality product.

What safety measures are in place for customers who visit the shop?

A: We provide safety glasses, hearing protection, and standard safety attachments. We also properly educate all customers on each machine.

Do you provide woodworking classes or workshops?

A: Yes! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for details about upcoming classes.

What is the typical turnaround time for a custom order?

A: This largely depends on the scope of the project. Typical projects are completed in 1-2 weeks.

Is there a minimum order size for custom projects?

A: Not at all! From a single drawer to 5 whole cabinets…

How do you handle repairs or modifications to existing woodwork?

A: We believe in putting the customer first. If there is something not up to your standards, reach out to us and we will find a way to remedy that situation.

What finishing options do you offer for wood products?

A: All sorts! We have natural oils, waxes, to more robust varnishes and epoxy.

Do you offer design consultations for custom builds?

A: Absolutely! We can create full 3d renderings before we even start finding the materials.

What tools and machinery do you use in the shop?

A: We have a wide selection of tools including; a 20” planer, a miter saw, a table saw, band saw, drum sander, disk sander, belt sander, lathes, drill press, router table, hand routers, hand sanders, hand planers, and many, many more.

How do you source your lumber and materials?

A: Much of our lumber is sourced locally from larger suppliers. If there is the need for a special order, our network is capable of finding what you need.

Are your products made from sustainable or reclaimed wood?

A: This depends on the needs of the project. If sustainable or reclaimed is a must, then we will find a way to do so.

What is your policy on project revisions or changes after work has started?

A: We do our best to stay in constant communication with our customers, if something needs to change, reach out to us and we can pivot.

Do you provide delivery or installation services?

A: Yes! This will incur additional fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept cash, check, and all credit/debit cards.
